    Description

    Ensoniq ASR-10 61 Key Synth/Sampler + Akai MPC-60 II Digital Drum Sampler. Both the ASR-10 and the MPC-60 need what I believe to be relatively inexpensive repair. The ASR-10 disc drive flashes "reboot device", needs repair on the pitchbend wheel, and one of the edit buttons is slightly pressed in.  For the MPC the hard drive needs to be replaced and the power cable has a short just inside that powers the the unit off if it is bumped or moved while in use.  Let me be very clear, I estimate that the combined repair cost to be 0-400.00.  So if you do not know the value of these vintage pieces and have a problem with purchasing equipment that will need repair before you can use them please,please,please do not contact me.  This sale is for PEOPLE WHO KNOW what it is I am offering.  I do not need to get negative messages or low-ball offers. The value of these instruments will only increase even more with time. If it were up to me I'd keep both because I have over 500 disks with sounds I've sampled through the years and various instrument and drum samples. And this was my first major synth purchase as a professional music producer. So there is sentimental value and attachment for me. This is an "as-is" sale, no refunds. You will need to sign off on that before I sell to you. This is not junk equipment nor a parts sale.  This is vintage musical equipment that I am painfully parting with because I have all new equipment and I no longer need or use either the ASR or the MPC.  Serious buyers only.
