This is a specially made 6 Channel Broadcast Mixer made for CBS a number of years back. This is the master mixer in a system. We have several of them.
It needs a few button covers and bulbs.  Otherwise its all there and working.   See the external photos to see exactly what it is has.

This unit is working, but a missing  a cue light and might need some bulb replacements.   These were 00 when they were bought
