    Description

    Hairball/Urei Rev F 1176 Compressor.
    This is a heavily modified Hairball Rev F unit. Mods listed below:
    NOS Allen Bradley resistors in the audio path
    Polypropylene caps where possible.
    Elna electro audio caps in the audio path
    Sowter input transformer
    Urei style faceplate
    Urei logo vu meter.
    The result is a bigger bottom end and an accurate vintage vibe as well as a better visual replica.
    Note: The faceplate has scratches/dents on the upper mounting holes which were the result of trying to bend the faceplate back into place. I think it adds to the vintage vibe…but to each his own 😉
