ITEM CONDITION:
UNTESTED.  There are scuffs and scratches on the camcorder including the screen.  The strap has wear on it and dirt stains.  The hand strap is starting to flake off.  I don't have the power cord to test the camcorder.  There is no battery.  Sold AS.  For Parts or Repair.  Please see photos for condition.
