This item comes with the camera and power cord. I have tested it while plugged in and it worked. The battery needs to be replaced or charged. I was able to play, fast forward, and rewind a video. It shows medium cosmetic wear that I showed in the photos. There is also one cap piece missing that I also showed in the photos. It can be a fixer upper or used for parts.
